Kaapa, a traditional pahari curry made with the goodness of spinach has an extremely delicious taste and aroma that you can't resist from having. This dish is rich in iron and calcium.

2 bunch of spinach, 1 cup curd, 1 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp cumin powder, 1 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp cumin seeds, a pinch of hing, salt to taste, 2-3 tbsp rice paste, butter
1. Wash the spinach thoroughly and boil it. Grind it to make a fine puree
2. Heat the butter in a pan; add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
3. Add chili powder and turmeric powder, hing, and saute it for 2-3 seconds.
4. Now add pureed spinach and cook a little. Add beaten curd and rice paste and required amount of water.
5. Cook on medium flame. Add garam masala and salt.
Serve hot with chapati.
