Aloo Bhaate Rice is prepared in most of the Bengali houses. This will be an all time favourite in the house, if your kid is a lover of aloo. This is a very easy and quick recipe to make. Rice contains minerals like folic acid, magnesium, manganese, phosphorous and vitamin B.

Contents
1 cup boiled rice, ½ cup boiled, peeled and mashed potato, ½ tsp. ajwain seeds, 1 tsp. ghee, salt to taste, water as needed.
1. Heat a saucepan; add ghee and then ajwain seeds.
2. Add the mashed potatoes, salt and sauté.
3. After a few minutes, add boiled rice and mix well.
Isn’t this really very simple and quick? Then do try for today’s lunch and treat your kid.
