Ingredients: 2 tbsp. barley, 1 tbsp. jaggery, 3 cups water, a tbsp. of lemon juice
Steps:
1. Wash and clean the barley.
2. Put the barley and jaggery in a pressure cooker along with some water and cook for 15 minutes.
3. Once the barley is done, strain the liquid using a sieve and collect the soup.
4. Add the lemon juice into the barley water and serve.
