Ingredients to make Amarnath Puree:

1 cup of amarnath leaves, 1 tsp ghee, salt as per taste

Steps to make Amarnath Puree:

1. Wash the amarnath leaves well and boil in water adding salt.

2. After 2 mins, take out the leaves and leave them in cold water for a min.

3. Grind the amarnath leaves and use a strainer to get a smooth puree.

4. In a pan, add ghee and the puree. Cook for 2 mins. Check for salt. If needed, you can add more.

5. Delicious and highly nutritious side dish is ready.

You can serve it with rice or just have it as it is.
