Corn boost energy , heart health , iron level and improve vision so its a divine thing to be fed to your child. This sweet and sour delectable puree will also entertain taste buds of your baby and rich in many vitamins, minerals.

Ingredients to make Golden Corn Puree :

1/2 cup corn puree, 1 small onion, 1/4 tsp cumin powder, 1/4 tsp lemon juice , pinch of salt and coriander leaves to garnish

Steps to make Golden Corn Puree:

1. First of all, finely chop onion and coriander leaves. Keep aside when done.

2. Now heat heavy bottomed pan, add butter after melting, add chopped onion and fry till transluscent.

3. Now add corn puree and saute for 2 minutes.

4. Next, add water, salt and coriander powder.

5. Cook till desired consistency is attained and lastly, add lemon juice and coriander leaves.

Serve this smooth creamy golden corn puree to your little one in lukewarm condition.
