Potatoes, cauliflowers, garlic paste, salt to taste
1. Wash and clean the potatoes and cauliflowers.
2. Chop into small pieces and cook in a pressure cooker for 7-10 minutes.
3. In a blender, puree the cooked vegetables with cooked rice.
4. Add a pinch of garlic paste and salt to taste.
The dish is ready. Serve hot!
