Twist Of Fruits -Pear And Apple Puree

This delicious mixture of fruits will provide antioxidants; fibers and vitamin C. Pear is rich in minerals. This combination builds up strong immunity for your little one. Your baby is prone to infection so it is very important that he has a strong immunity for his proper growth.

Ingredients: 1 ripe pear, 1 apple, water.

Steps:

1. Wash and peel the pear and apple. Cut it into small cubes.

2. Now, take a saucepan place the apple and pear cubes in it. Add a little water, cover the pan and cook it over low heat.

3. After 2 minutes stir it. Press the cubes a little if it isn't tender, the close the lid and cook for some more time.

4. Once you get it into a mashing stage switch off the gas, allow it cool down. Now blend it properly in a blender.

Your fruit puree is ready to serve, feed your baby this yummy fruity dish.

Note: If your puree is watery, you can add formula milk powder in it for desired consistency, it will enhance the taste too.You can also add dry nuts powder (almonds, cashew nuts, walnuts) in it, while blending the puree.
