Aamba Khatta is a very healthy dish loaded with nutrients like carbohydrates and proteins.

2 aamba, 2 pc dry chiles, 1 tsp mustard seeds, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 10gm curry leaves, 1 large spoon mustard oil, salt, 1 cup chini, 1 tsp fried cumin powder, 1 tsp chilli powder, 1 tsp turmeric
1. Cut the mangoes in slices. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, dry chillis, curry leaves and then pour the sliced mangoes after spluttering.
2. Add turmeric powder and salt. Pour water and stir well. Then add sugar after 5 minutes.
3. Wait for 5 minutes again, then remove from flame. Add fried cumin and chili powder.
Serve this dish and enjoy.
