Garlic Bread Toast is a quick, easy recipe, which is favourite of all for evening snacks. It needs no effort and is not time consuming. It is loaded with energy, calcium, protein.

4 slices bread, 4 spoon butter, grated cheese, 2 spoon minced garlic, 1 spoon lemon juice, 2 spoon chopped mint leaves, 1 spoon cumin
1. Preheat the oven into 190 degree C.
2. Mix the butter and garlic and whisk them with a fork.
3. Then butter both sides of bread , put cumin on it and place it in the oven for 12 minutes.
4. Then put mint leaves, grated cheese and lemon juice on it and serve it in a plate.
Garlic bread toast is all set to be served.
