Alasanda Vada is a simple and easy to cook recipe. These vadas are made from black eyed beans and are rich in antioxidants in the form of vitamin A and C. Your kiddo would love these for sure.

2 cup soaked lobia, 1 tsp turmeric, 2 tbsp rice flour, 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste, 1 tsp cumin, chopped coriander leaves, 1 chopped onion, salt, oil
1. Soak lobia for 3-4 hours. Take handful of lobia and keep aside.
2. Grind rest of the lobia, green chillies to a coarse paste. Add water if required.
3. Add salt, ginger garlic paste, cumin, coriander leaves, chopped onions, rice flour, turmeric powder and remaining lobia which we kept aside. Mix them properly.
4. Take handful of mixture and make vadas with the help of damp cloth.
5. Heat oil in a skillet and fry these vadas till it turns golden brown.
Serve hot with green chutney.
