Aloo Dal Pakora is a perfect monsoon snack recipe along with mint and tamarind chutney. These deep fried Aloo Dal Pakodas are rich in fat, protein, and provide a super delicious taste as well.

2-3 boiled potatoes, 1 tsp ginger paste, 1 large onion chopped, 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1 lemon, coriander leaves, 2-3 green chiles, 1 egg beaten, oil for frying, ½ cup boiled mix dal(chana and moong dal), 1 cup bread crumbs, 1 tsp cumin powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, salt as per taste
1. Peel and mash potatoes. Add salt and half lemon to it.
2. Now take boiled mash dal in a bowl. Add ginger, garlic, coriander leaves and green chiles to it. Mix it well. Add remaining lemon juice and mix.
3. Flatten the potatoes and stuff the dal mixture. Roll them like cutlets.
4. Dip the cutlets in egg white and roll them in bread crumbs
5. Heat oil in skillet and deep fry all pakoras.
Serve hot with chutney.
