Sandwiches or stuffed rotis make excellent snacks. Here we have for you a super-simple and tasty recipe for Aloo filling for roti/sandwich, loaded with carbohydrates, vitamin C and fiber.

2 boiled and chopped potatoes, 1 tbsp oil, 1 Pinch of asafoetida, ½ teaspoon cumin seeds, ½ teaspoon mustard seeds, ½ teaspoon turmeric, salt to taste
1. Heat oil. Add the cumin seeds, mustard seeds and asafoetida. When the seeds crackle, add turmeric, potatoes, and salt.
2. Stir-fry for a few minutes till the mixture is dry. Serve as a filling in rotis or sandwiches.
