Aloo methi paratha is tasty and combines the goodness of potatoes and methi leaves. While potatoes are a rich source of Vitamin B6, potassium, copper, Vitamin C, manganese, phosphorus, niacin, dietary fibre and pantothenic acid; methi leaves offer iron, copper, manganese, magnesium, Vitamin B6, protein and dietary fibre.

Ingredients: ¾ cup of whole wheat flour, 1 large potato boiled and mashed, handful of methi leaves, 1 tbsp. chopped coriander leaves, ¼ tsp. ajwain, pinch of turmeric, 1 tbsp. oil, salt.
Steps:
1. Mix all the ingredients, except oil, in a bowl and knead into a soft dough.
2. Set aside for 10 minutes.
3. Next, pinch out small balls from the dough and roll out parathas.
4. Cook them on a tawa till you get brown spots on both sides.
Aloo methi parathas are ready to serve. You can cook this yummy dish today by using this recipe!
