Potatoes and rice flour are a good source of carbohydrates while besan has required protein. Using these ingredients you can make Aloo Pakoras, a tasty treat and a perfect evening snack for your little one.

Contents
2 potatoes, 1 cup besan, ¼ cup rice flour, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, ½ tsp turmeric, 1 tsp red chilli powder, salt as required, oil, water as required
1. In a mixing bowl, add besan, rice flour, ginger garlic paste, turmeric and chilli powder, salt. Add water little by little to get a thick consistency batter.
2. Wash and peel the potatoes and cut into thin slices.
3. In a kadai, put oil. Once the oil is warm, dip each potato slice in the batter and gently put them in warm oil.
4. Flip the aloo pakora on the other side till they turn crisp and golden brown.
Yummy Aloo Pakoras are ready for your child to enjoy.
