Aloo tikkis are the perfect snack for special evenings. They are easy to make, are delicious and highly nutritious as they are made using potatoes, which are a rich source of potassium, dietary fiber, protein, Vitamin C, iron, Vitamin B6 and magnesium.

Ingredients: 3 potatoes boiled and mashed, ½ tsp chilli powder, ½ tsp each of coriander, cumin and ginger powder, ¼ tsp chaat masala, 2 tbsp. corn starch, 2-3 tsp. chopped coriander leaves, 2 tbsp. oil, salt.
Steps:
1. In a bowl, mix the mashed potatoes, chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, ginger powder, chaat masala, corn starch, chopped coriander leaves and salt.
2. Shape out patties from this mixture.
3. Heat oil in a pan and fry these patties till they are crisp and golden on all sides.
