Alsande Baath is a South Indian recipe that's very yummy and gives your little one healthy proteins as well as carbohydrates. For a change from your daily meal routine, this is one of the best options to give to your little one and family.

1 cup moath beans, 2 ½ cups rice, 2 table spoon ghee, 2 cardamoms, 2 spoon peppercorn, 1 spoon lemon juice, ½ cup grated coconut, 1 cup curd
1. Soak the moath beans for 20 minutes.
2. Heat the pressure cooker and put ghee in it.
3. Then put the cardamoms and peppercorns.
4. When its aroma comes, add the moath beans, rice, pinch of salt in it and give the whistle.
5. When 3 whistles come, turn off the gas.
6. Open the cooker after the steam is out.
7. Place it in a plate. Garnish with grated coconut and lemon juice.
Serve it with curd. Yummy Alsande Baath is ready to relish!
