This recipe teaches to make rabdi the quickest way. You can impress with this yummy Angoorirabdi. Milk is an excellent source of calcium and enriched with Vitamin D.

3 cups milk, 8 angoori rasgulla (cut into halves), 4 tsp.sugar, 1 tsp. cornflour dissolved in 1 tbsp. milk, ¼ tsp. lemon juice, ½ tsp. cardamom powder, 4-5 saffron
1. Soak the rasgullas in water for a minute and drain the water, repeat till all the sugar has been removed from the rasgullas, keep aside.
2. Boil the milk and add the lemon juice drop by drop while stirring continuously to get a grainy texture. Take care not to curdle the milk.
3. Add the corn flour mixture to the milk and stir well, cook till the mixture thickens.
4. Add the sugar, cardamom, mix well and cook for a minute. Remove from heat and keep it to cool. Add the rasgulla pieces, gently sit and refrigerate for an hour.
Serve it chilled garnished with saffron and enjoy every spoon of it.
