This Anjeer Chiller is special milk that's highly nutritional as a drink as banana and dry figs are key ingredients, loaded with proteins, vitamin K as well as vitamin B6 and minerals. They are helpful in easing constipation and keeping the heart healthy. You can also prepare this Anjeer chiller instantly.

1 cup figs , 1/2 lt chilled milk, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, sugar as required
1. Soak dry figs in water for 30 minutes.
2. Take a mixer jar, add dry figs, banana, ice cubes, and blend it into a smooth paste.
3. Then add milk to it and blend it again.
4. When the mixture becomes into thick consistency then transfer it into a glass.
Now chilled and yummy banana anjeer milk shake is ready to serve.
