Eating fresh vegetables is a perfect boost for your health. Carrots and beans are filled with the goodness of vitamins and minerals. This soup provides great nutrition and helps in building the immunity!

Contents
Carrots, beans, ginger powder, salt, pepper
1. Wash and clean all vegetables.
2. Cut into small pieces and pcook in a pressure cooker with turmeric for 10 minutes.
3. Cool the vegetables and puree in a blender.
4. Add salt and pepper to taste, and a pinch of ginger powder.
Serve hot or at room temperature.
