This recipe is packed with nutrients and a must try. It is full of amazing ingredients. Blackberries are packed with immune-boosting vitamin C, high in fiber, and considered as a superfood with plenty of antioxidants. Kale is high in iron, vitamin K, fiber and filled with powerful antioxidants.

Contents
2 apples, 1 cup blackberries, 1 cup kale
1.Core, peel and chop the apple.
2. Place the apples, kale and blackberries into the steamer and steam for 10 minutes.
3. Make a puree by blending all the above ingredients with the help of blender or food processor by adding ¼ cup of water.
4. Blend it till you get the desired consistency.
Serve it. It tastes great if it is mixed with yogurt.
