Apple Rice Cereal is a good source of vitamin C. It improves the health by boosting his immunity.

Contents
1 tbsp rice, 2 large apples, 2 tbsp ghee
1. Blend the rice flour with 1 cup water in small saucepan. Stir on medium heat until the mixture boils and thickens. Cool to room temperature.
2. Meanwhile, boil, steam or microwave the apple until tender, then drain. Push through a sieve into a small bowl. Add 2tbsp of ghee.
3. Combine 1 tbsp of the rice cereal with 1 tbsp of apple puree to serve.
