Wondering what to serve as a healthy snack? Try our recipe for Avocado Hummus. Avocados are loaded with nutrients such as potassium, vitamin B, vitamin C, and fibre.

1 avocado peeled and deseeded, 1 cup chickpeas boiled and drained, 2 cloves of garlic, ½ tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, salt to taste
1. Blend all the ingredients together until smooth.
2. Serve with pita bread.
