This is a good tiffin item for growing kids. You can prepare baby corn and capsicum rice in simple steps. The items required are chopped baby corn, chopped capsicum (red, yellow, green), long grained rice, chopped onions, oil, tomato ketchup, puree, chilli powder and black pepper. Rice is a good source of starch which is healthy for kids.

Steps:
1. You need to add oil in a pan and heat onion along with garlic. Saute it well.
2. The next step is to add the baby corn and capsicum. Cook it for another 3 minutes.
3. You need to now add tomato puree, tomato ketchup, sugar and chilli powder. Heat the content for another minute with continuous stirring.
4. At last add the cooked rice along with salt and pepper.
Cook the content on medium flame for 2 minutes.
