Baby corn has been touted as one of the healthiest veggies you can add to your stir fries and salads. Baby corns are just regular corns, which are picked before maturing. They are very low in calories. Soluble fibre present in it helps control blood sugar levels, and they are also quite good for the heart. Fibre adds bulk to the stool and aids in bowel regularity. Baby Corn Fry 65 comes with same nutritional profile along with great taste that will lure you towards it.

Ingredients to make Baby Corn Fry 65:

Baby corn-10, besan-1/4 cup, tomato puree-½ cup, corn flour-1/4 cup, capsicum-1 large , turmeric powder-1/4 tsp, water-½ cup, salt-to taste and oil-2 cups

Steps to make Baby Corn Fry 65:

1. Firstly, boil baby corns for 2 minutes or till they turn slightly soft.

2. Further in a bowl, take besan, corn flour, turmeric powder, tomato puree, chopped capsicum, salt and 2 tsp oil.

3. Mix well with water to form asmooth paste.

4. Now dip the boiled baby corn into corn - besan paste coating all sides.

5. Deep fry in hot oil stirring occasionally till the baby corn turns golden and crisp.

Finally, serve the Baby Corn Fry with tomato sauce or green chutney.
