This is a unique food recipe that requires spring onion, baby corn, chilli powder, sliced tomatoes, chopped low-fat paneer, garam masala, tomato puree and some more ingredients. This dish is full of flavors that would surely please you. The presence of paneer adds to the protein content in this dish.

Steps:
1. Heat oil in a pan and add spring onion whites along with coloured capsicum. Mix it well till the onion turns brown.
2. Now you need to add baby corn, chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander-cumin seeds powder, tomato ketchup, tomatoes and tomato puree. Mix the content well and cook it on slow flame for at least 4 minutes.
3. At last, you need to add paneer, spring onion greens, vinegar, sugar, salt and garam masala.
Cook it for another minute and serve hot. This recipe can be practiced without any hassle. Try it now!
