Prepare this spicy and heathy bael fruit chutney to be accompanied with the snack of your kid's choice. This chutney is rich in fibre and is a perfect amalgamation of spicy and sweet.

1 bael fruit, ½ cup sugar, 1 tsp black salt, 1 tsp cumin powder, 1 tsp black pepper powder, 1/4 tsp fennel seeds, 1 tsp red chilli powder, salt to taste, 1 tbsp lemon juice
1. wash and extract the bael fruit pulp.
2. Mash and soak it in water for 30 inutes.
3. Seive out the seeds and fibre. Squeeze on colander to seive pulp.
4. Roast pulp on medium heat for 10 minutes. Add spices, sugar and salt and mix well.
5. Add lemon juice.
Bael ki Chutney is ready to serve.
