Bai is a very healthy dish. It is very beneficial for your health. With prime ingredients as potatoes and soyabeans, it is rich in healthy carbs and proteins.

Contents
Potatoes ½ tbsp soda,1 tsp dried soya-beans, ginger, 4 garlic, 4 chili pepper, lady-fingers, cabbage, bean, ½ tbsp butter.
1. Heat around 5 cups of water. As it starts boiling add harder vegetables (potatoes, beans, others). Cook for 10-15 minutes.
2. Add chili peppers, garlics, ginger slices, dried smelly soya-beans, butter, and soda (potassium bicarbonate). Keep stirring.
3. As potatoes are cooked, add lady finger and salt.
4. Continue heating till all the vegetables are cooked.
Serve Bai hot and relish it.
