Ingredients to make Baked Spinach Chips:
2 cups baby spinach, washed and dried, 1/2 tablespoon olive oil, garlic powder, salt to taste
Steps to make Baked Spinach Chips:
1. Preheat the oven to 325°F. Line a baking sheet with a Silpat mat or parchment paper.
2. In a bowl, toss the spinach with olive oil. Sprinkle with a little garlic powder and salt.
3. Arrange the leaves on the pan in a single layer.
4. Bake for seven to 10 minutes till the leaves have darkened slightly and are crisp.
