Kiwi and Banana are super fruits loaded with vitamin and minerals. Using these fruits and milk, which has calcium, you can prepare a chilled milkshake. Flavour this shake with honey and dry fruits and it tastes superb. This shake can be a great add on for breakfast or evening snack.

Contents
2 cups cold milk, 1 kiwi, 1 banana, 1 tbsp honey, 2 almonds, 2 pistachios
1. Chop the kiwi and banana. Powder the almonds and pistachios.
2. In a blender, put the chopped fruits, milk and blend well for 1-2 mins.
3. Pour the milkshake in a glass and add honey. Give a stir and top it with powdered almonds and pistachios.
Yummy chilled milkshake is ready. Enjoy!
