Want to cook up something healthy and tasty? Here we have to introduce a wonderful Bataani Payasam recipe that is packed with the goodness of calcium, Vitamin B6 and Vitamin K.

Milk 5 cups, Green Peas 1 cup, Raisins 1/4 cup soaked, Sugar 1 cup, Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
1. Pressure cook green peas in 2 cups of milk.
2. Blend the boiled peas and raisins into a fine paste adding a few spoons of milk.
3. In a sauce pan, boil the remaining milk and add the paste and cardamom powder. Simmer for a few minutes until the kheer thickens. Serve hot.
