Beans Gajar Sabzi is the ideal health booster since it is full of healthy vitamins and minerals.

Beans, carrots, onion, oil, salt to taste
1. Pressure cook the vegetables together for 10-15 minutes.
2. In 1 spoon of oil add onion, saute for few minutes.
3. Add the cooked vegetables, salt, and mix well.
Serve hot with rotis.
