Beans are a great source of protein, complex carbs and fiber. They also contain a powerhouse of nutrients including antioxidants, vitamins and minerals, such as copper, folate, iron, magnesium, manganese, phosphorous, potassium and zinc. Beans soup is a healthy blend of beans with tomatoes and other spices. It is very easy to prepare and easily digestible, which makes it a better option for snacks or a light lunch!

Pepper-1/4 tsb, beans-1 cup, cashews-4-5, oil- 2 spoons, tomato-1 small, salt-to taste and turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
1. Wash and chop beans and tomatoes.
2. Heat oil in pan and add pepper, beans, tomatoes, salt and turmeric powder. Fry on medium flame for 10 minutes. Sauté in between
3. Take cashews and blend with a little water to make a fine paste.
4. Combine the soup and cashews paste.
5. Add 300 ml water to it and let it boil for 5 minutes. Let the soup cool and blend it in a mixture.
Re-heat the soup and serve hot!
