6 potatoes, 1/2 cup grated paneer, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1/2 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp amchoor (raw mango powder), 4 tsp butter, salt, to taste, 1 Tbsp coriander finely chopped
1. Peel potatoes, slice off a little of the top and scoop out the inside leaving a shell. Boil the scooped out potato and potato shells till the shells are cooked but firm.
2. In a bowl, mix paneer, scooped out potato, coriander powder, garam masala, amchoor, coriander leaves, salt and butter.
3. Stuff the potato shells with the mixture. Bake at 220 C for 15 minutes. Cut into halves and serve.
