Bhatmas Sadeko or Soyabean Salad is a delicious appetizer and super easy to make. Soybeans are pretty nutrient dense and have high value of protein and vitamin D.

1 cup dry soybean, green chilli chopped, sliced ginger, 2 garlic cloves finely minced, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tbsp oil, salt to taste, 1 onion chopped, 1 large tomato chopped, coriander leaves
1. In a large pan, heat oil and fry dry soybeans until they are slightly brown.
2. Remove on absorbent paper to absorb extra oil.
3. In a depp bowl mix onion, tomato, ginger, garlic, chilli owder, and fried soybeans.
4. Mix well and add salt as per taste.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
