Bhindi contains potassium, vitamin B, vitamin C, folic acid, and calcium. It's low in calories and has a high dietary fiber content. Bhindi Dosa is a very healthy and tasty south Indian dish and very easy to make. It's a better breakfast option for everyone due to its rich nutrient content.

Bhindi, rice, urad dal, salt and oil
1. Wash and Soak rice and urad dal for 3-5 hours.
2. Cut bhindi to big chunks.
3. In a mixer, take bhindi and grind them adding little water. Once it's crushed, a dd soaked rice and urad dal and grind all to get asmooth batter. Lastly, add salt to the batter and mix well.
4. Allow the batter to ferment overnight or for 4-8 hours.
5. Heat a tawa. Grease with oil. Pour a laddle full of batter. Make it thick or thin dosa as you wish. Spread it in circular direction. Drizzle few drops of oil or ghee around it. Cook on medium flame for about 1-2 minutes.
Serve hot with chutney and sambhar.
