Bilahi Rohdoi Chutney is a very healthy dish and full of healthy carbs.

Contents
2 grilled tomatoes, 1 boiled sweet starfruit, 10 garlic cloves, 1 bunch coriander leaves, 2 tsp mustard oil, oil as per taste
1. Mix all the ingredients together.
2. Grind into a paste.
3. Adjust taste using salt, lemon and sugar.
Serve this dish with snacks and enjoy!
