An omelet stuffed between the bread slices is a good way to have protein and carbohydrates together. The perfect menu for breakfast is this Bread Omelette Sandwich, which is delicious and nutritious to kick start your morning.

4 whole wheat bread slices, 2 eggs, 1 chopped onion, 1 chopped tomato, coriander leaves, ½ capsicum chopped, 1/4th bowl par-boiled peas, 1/4th tsp black pepper powder, salt, oil, green chutney, tomato ketchup
1. Take a bowl and whisk eggs in it. Mix salt, pepper, onion, tomato, capsicum, peas, coriander leaves and beat well.
2. Heat a pan and spread 2 tbsp oil on it. Now pour half of the egg mixture and cook until the base firms up.
3. Flip the omelet and fry until completely cooked.
4. Take two bread slices, spread green chutney on one and tomato ketchup on another. Place an omelete in the center of two pieces of bread and sandwich it in between.
5. Grill the sandwich.
You can add cheese in the sandwich to enhance the flavour.
