Bread Vada can be prepared as evening snacks and quite instantly. It is crispy from outside and soft from inside to enjoy as a snack. Curd is an excellent source of calcium. Carrots include supply of essential vitamins and minerals, help in easy digestion, is a remedy for diarrhea and against intestinal worms and acts like a natural laxative due to the presence of dietary fiber.

4 slices of bread, 1/4 cup rice flour, 2 tbsp curd,1 onion, 1 carrot, 1 inch ginger, 1 green chili, handful of coriander leaves, salt as needed, oil to fry.
1. Take the bread slices and make small pieces with your hands.
2. Add curd, rice flour, finely chopped onion, grated carrot, finely chopped ginger, green chilli, coriander leaves and salt.
3. Mix well with your hands so that all the ingredients blend well to make a soft dough. You can add a few tbsps. of water if you are not able to bring it together.
4. Take a small ball sized dough and shape it like a vada. Make a hole in the centre.
5. Heat a pan with oil and drop the bread vada in the hot oil. Cook in low-medium flame until it is golden brown on both the sides. Strain it in paper towels.
Crispy Bread Vada is ready, Serve it with tomato ketch up.
