Brinjal is rich in fiber, low in calories, and provides a range of nutrients. Brinjal Tawa Roast is a very easy to make side dish that can be enjoyed with wide range of main course dishes. The taste is unbeatable and unique, so it will be surely liked by everyone.
Contents
Oil- 1/4 cup, onion- 1 small, brinjal-1 medium and rava-1 cup
1. Wash and slice the brinjal in circular shape. Chop onions.
2. Mix chopped onions with rava and little water.
3. Now coat the brinjal with rava mix on both sides.
4. Shallow fry or pan fry in hot oil. Fry on low flame making sure to cook well.
5. Now flip over and cook brinjal on both the sides. Do not over cook as then brinjal will loose shape.
Serve Brinjal Tawa Roast as a side dish.
