Chana Ghassi is very high in protein as it is made from kala chana and is blended with grated coconut and spices for that perfect taste. This is a good curry for your lunchtime and goes well with rice and parantha.

Contents
1 cup boiled kala chana, ½ cup grated coconut, 1 cinnamon stick, 4 cloves, 3 peppercorns, 3 whole dry red Kashmiri red chiles, 1/4 cup sliced onion, salt as per taste
1. Take a non-stick pan and dry roast all the ingredients except boiled chana for 3-4 minutes
2. Allow the mixture to cool down and then blend into the blender with ½ cup of water to form a smooth paste.
3. Take a pan and add this paste to it and also add ½ cup of water. Cook for 3-4 minutes by stirring occasionally.
4. Now add boiled kala chana to this curry and little salt. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
Serve with steamed rice.
