Wheat flour, salt, cheese, oil
1. In a bowl, add wheat flour, onion and salt and knead the dough.
2. Roll into small rotis and cook on a hot, greased tava.
3. Add grated cheese on the paratha while it is cooking. Cook on low flame till the cheese melts.
Serve hot!
