Planning to give a twist to your preparation with Italian cuisine? Then tiny pasta with tomatoes and cheese are a great way of introducing this cuisine to the menu. This pasta is packed with carbs, protein and tomatoes with folate, vitamin C, vitamin K and potassium.

1 cup boiled pasta, 2 medium ripe tomatoes skinned de-seeded and chopped, 3 tbsp butter, 3 tbsp grated cheddar cheese
1. Cook the pasta in boiling water, according to the instructions on the packet, then drain.
2. In a separate pan, warm the butter and add the chopped tomatoes and sauté until mushy.
3. Remove from the heat and stir in the grated cheese until melted.
4. Stir in the cooked pasta and mix all well and cook for 2 minutes.
Try this Cheesy pasta and enjoy.
