Chhena mandua or cheese fritters, a popular dish in Orissa to be offered to God is healthy and different delicacy. It is made up of wheat flour and chenna and is rich in carbohydrates and calcium.

Contents
2 cups chhena, 1 cup wheat flour, ½ tsp cardamom powder, ½ tsp clove powder, 1 pinch edible camphor, 1 cup powdered sugar, ghee for frying
1. Mash chhena properly. Knead a soft dough using flour, chhena, cardamom powder, clove powder, and a little water if required.
2. Divide the dough into small balls and roll them to pooris.
3. Heat ghee in a skillet and deep fry these pooris.
Sprinkle powdered sugar on to the pooris and serve hot.
