Chhenapoda is an easy-to-make sweet dish, prepared using paneer, semolina, raisins, cashews, ghee, and sugar, and is baked to perfection. You must try this dish who craves for sweet dishes.

1 litre milk, ½ lemon, 1 tbsp semolina, 3/4 cup sugar, ½ tsp cardamom powder, 1 tbsp ghee, chopped cashews, few raisins
1. Boil milk in a deep pan. Curdle it with lemon. Sieve and collect the cheese.
2. Roast cashews and raisins in ghee and keep aside.
3. Mash the cheese properly in a bowl. Add semolina, sugar, cardamom powder and knead well. Add cashews and raisins and knead again.
4. Heat sugar in ghee to make caramel syrup. Pour this syrup onto greased baking bowl.
5. Spread the cheese mixture on it. Cover it with foil paper and bake it 30-35 minutes or until cooked.
Cool it for a while and then take it out from bowl.
