These tasty and crunchy cookies are a treat for taste buds. Eat them during your tea time and you will feel full for a longer time as it is healthy and nutritious.

150 gm all purpose flour, 50 gm custard powder, 100 gm castor sugar, 100 gm butter, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp vanilla essence, 1/4 cup roasted peanut, 2 tbsp milk.
1. Take a bowl and add sugar, butter to it. Whisk it until you get a creamy texture and then add vanilla essence to it.
2. Sieve all purpose flour, custard powder and baking powder and add this to the butter mixture.
3. Form a crumbled dough by mixing it with hands and then add milk and crushed peanuts to it.
4. Make a roll and then put it in a container. Refrigerate it for 1 to 2 hours.
5. Take out from the fridge after 2 hours and cut 1/2 inch thick pieces from the roll.
6. Set them into the baking tray. Bake the cookies in a pre-heated oven at 180 degrees temperature for 15 minutes.
7. Take out the cookies and let them cool completely.
