The Chicken Curry Leaf Fry is a delicious dish with simple ingredients, swift to cook, and does not take much time to treat your kiddo. Chicken is rich in protein and curry leaves helps aid digestion.

250 gm boneless chicken cut into small pieces, ½ cup curd, 1 egg, 1 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp black pepper, 1/4th cup maida, 1/4th cup corn flour, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 2 strings of curry leaves, salt as per taste
1. Take curd in a bowl; add curry leaves, chilli powder, black pepper powder, salt, lemon juice, maida, corn flour, egg white. Mix well.
2. Add chicken pieces. Mix well and leave it to marinate for 1-2 hours.
3. Heat oil in kadhai. Drop marinated chicken pieces in oil and fry them on low flame till golden brown.
Serve hot.
