Prepare this mouth watering snack called Chicken Fry for your child and include all the protiens in his diet.

500 gms boneless chicken cubed, 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp pepper powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, a string of curry leaves, ½ cup hung curd or yogurt, 2 tbsp corn flour, salt as needed, oil for frying.
1. Take ginger garlic paste; add curry leaves to it and blend them again to make a coarse paste.
2. Take red chilli powder, pepper powder, coriande rpowder, corn flour, ginger garlic paste, salt and curd. Mix well.
3. Add chicken pieces and mix well. Keep it aside for marination for about 1-2 hours.
4. Heat oil in a deep skillet and deep fry these chicken pieces. Fry till golden brown.
Serve hot with dip of your child's choice.
