The crispy Chivda Bhaja is an all time favourite of all kids and adults as well. It can be eaten on its own or can be served along with tea or milk in the evening. The tempering of mustard seeds and curry leaves enhances the taste.

1 cup beaten rice, salt to taste, 1 cup ground nuts, oil for frying, 1 tsp mustard seeds, one string of curry leaves
1. Heat oil in a skillet. Deep fry ground nuts. Remove peanuts and drain on absorbent paper.
2. Now Fry beaten rice with perforated spoon on medium flame. Fry till they become crisp and doube in size.
3. Mix the fried ground nuts and beaten rice. Sprinkle salt and black pepper.
Serve warm.
