Chocolate avocado mousse is a delicious dessert that combines the goodness of avocado and offers a whole load of nutrition. Avocados are rich in potassium, protein, dietary fibre, Vitamin C, Vitamin A, Vitamin B6 and magnesium.

Ingredients: 1 large ripe avocado, 2/3 chopped dark semi chocolate, 1 tbsp. coconut oil, 3 tbsp. sugar, 1 tsp. instant coffee, ½ tsp. vanilla extract, chopped cashews, almonds, pistachios.
Steps:
1. Put the chocolate, coconut oil, sugar and coffee in a microwave safe bowl and cook in a microwave for 45 seconds to 1 minute.
2. Cook as to just melt the chocolate.
3. Scoop the avocado flesh and add it to the melted chocolate. Put in a blender and blend till you get a smooth mixture.
4. Scoop out the mousse in a bowl and garnish with chopped dry fruits.
