Chuda Ghasa is a sweet concoction of ingredients that doesn't require any cooking. It is quite simple to make and can be modified as per your and your child's taste. The delicious preparation can be eaten on its own or with the classic Dalma during breakfast.
Contents
2 cup flattened rice(poha), ½ cup ghee, 3/4 cup jaggery, ½ tsp black pepper powder, ½ shell coconut(grated), 2 cardamoms, dry fruits chopped
1. Grind the poha coarsely in mixer. Take it out in a deep bowl.
2. Add ghee to it and mix properly with your hands. Rub ghee and chura between your hands.
3. Now add jaggery powder and mix it by rubbing with your palms. The more you rub the more tastier your chuda ghasa will be.
4. Add grated coconut and mix well by the same procedure. Rub it more so that coconut release its oil in chuda.
5. Now add cardamom and dry fruits and mix properly.
Chuda Ghasa is ready to serve.
